Free U.S. Shipping

HorizonTechVape.com offers free shipping within the United States on orders over $149.

We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours from our fulfillment facility. During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 72 business hours.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking confirmation email containing your shipment details and tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on:

  • your shipping address,
  • local carrier availability,
  • and regional delivery networks.

Please note:

  • delivery estimates are not guaranteed,
  • transit times do not include weekends or holidays,
  • and delays caused by carriers, weather, or external circumstances are outside our control.

Customers located in certain Midwest or Eastern U.S. regions may experience a 2-Step Shipping Process depending on carrier routing requirements.


Bulk Orders & Shipping Savings

To maximize shipping value and reduce overall delivery costs, we recommend placing larger or bulk orders whenever possible.

Orders over qualifying thresholds may receive reduced shipping costs or free shipping promotions when available.

Return to Sender & Undeliverable Packages

HorizonTechVape.com reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for reshipment services.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If a package is returned due to:

  • an incorrect address,
  • incomplete shipping information,
  • or an undeliverable destination,

we are not responsible for:

  • replacement shipping costs,
  • reshipping fees,
  • or delays caused by incorrect customer information.

If the package is successfully returned to our facility, a refund may be issued minus:

  • original shipping costs,
  • carrier fees,
  • and handling expenses.

Required Adult Signature Service

To comply with federal laws, any vape mail order containing e-cigarette products must use Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery. This means that the package's recipient must show a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm their age. An additional charge of $7 will be reflected during the checkout process to facilitate this service. Alternatively, we can ship your vape products to a business address if it is more convenient for you.


Shipping Restrictions

Customers are responsible for understanding local laws regarding vape and nicotine product purchases in their area before placing an order.
