Standard Returns

We accept returns of new, unused, and unopened items purchased directly from HorizonTechVape.com within 15 days of the delivery date.

If your return meets our return policy requirements, we will issue either:

  • a full refund to the original payment method, or
  • store credit for future purchases.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be in original condition and original packaging.
  • Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be rejected and shipped back to the original delivery address.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error.
